Pedestrian Safety: Illuminating a Simple Solution
The Wall Street Journal headline on February 28th, 2019 was certainly sobering: “Pedestrian Deaths Highest Since 1990”. For the first time in nearly two decades, pedestrian deaths are on the rise.
